上皮样血管瘤病(bacillary Epithelioid Angiomatosis)又称杆菌性血骨病(bacillary angiomatosis)或上皮样血管瘤(epithelioid angiomatosis)。1983年由Stoler首先，报告。它发现一种不同于艾滋病患者。Kaposi肉瘤多发性皮肤血管增生性疾病，在皮肤损伤中发现小杆菌，被认为是一种引起皮肤和内脏小血管增生的新型传染病。
